nah, that would be a 10hr+ mix, cos i make some of my recordings myself and am able to maintain high quality with low memory

too slow
This site is far too slow to download. I thought it might be a problem with my internet connection but newmixes downloads quickly and reliably. This site is like getting blood out of a stone. The pete tong 19-10-94 mix shows many downloads but about six of these are my failed efforts - 5kbs!! You need to get this sorted out. Promises a lot, delivers little.

there shouldn't be any reason any of the years are faster than another. all the files are on the same server, same hard drive.
i can assure you this website is running properly. i have tested it from multiple locations in my vicinity and there are also users from around the world that would attest. it may simply be your particular connection to the internet is the culprit.
