Bio:
Maxim has been DJ'ing for over 8 years in Denver, Colorado. He is a true musician; learning how to read and write music at a young age by playing trumpet for 10 years, electric and base guitar for 8 years, and spinning vinyl for the last 8. This experience has translated to the decks by truly understanding how to match not only beats, but chords, intonation, common sounds, and energy. The major influence came when he was 21. Maxim walked into a concert that would forever change his musical career: the Sasha and Digweed Northern Exposure Expeditions tour. The quality of not only the music but the talent behind the decks were astonishing. The progressive house scene has taken off since then and so has DJ Maxim. With a history of playing in Denver clubs Bash, Sanctuary, and multiple raves, he looks to expand his horizons and his talent. Maxim's sessions take the listener on a journey, smoothly blending progressive tracks that grasp the soul and beg the feet to dance. Look for his explosion on the scene and keep checking for his latest and freshest mixes.
