Excellent

Best said above: subtle deep and hypnotising.

Amazing

I am hooked on Mr Saiz, he has not produced a bad mix yet, this one is definitely one of my faves!!!

WOW!

Amazing mix. HS is on his game with this one.

Great Stuff

I love this mix. I think if you're looking for big room trance or house you've come to the wrong place. Henry Saiz mixes are subtle, deep and hypnotizing. If this mix peaked your interest I recommend checking out his balance cd.

A little surprised

A little surprised to hear the mediocre comments on this mix. I really like it. I'm relatively new to Saiz's work so I don't have a lot to compare it to. Would love to hear recommendations if this isn't close to his best. tadlague@gmail.com

Not your average best of

Not your average best of set.. I really quite liked it, something that was a bit different.Nice.

with a little bit of magic

typical saiz-when u are about to nod off he sprinkles in a little bit of magic -and just keeps reeling u back in

Agree

I don't believe in 'best of mixes' anyway - sounds like something you'd pick up for $5 at a crap music store.

Its about putting together a seamless mix that takes you on a journey and Saiz does that, again. Unfortunately I have hammered his Balance mix, so some of the tunes in the first hour are a bit too familiar but still very good.

it's very good

I guess electroliner stopped listening it before the 2nd hour (where were some experimental tracks) but then it just enchanted me and when the GusGus - Selfoss (Deepfunk mix) came I said yes this is Henry and he is still the best!
8/10 at least

i listened to the full mix

i listened to the full mix mate but i probably did switch off after a couple of hours as i was also working at the time. should give it another chance then.

anybody else listen to this?

I agree with electroliner as this mix was very experimental, but I wouldn't say I was disappointed. I was not expecting Saiz to pump out big tune after big tune in this mix, so this set the bar that he would not be playing a "greatist hits" mix from 2011. This is simply not his style IMO.

The mix does have some tracks, mostly Saiz's, that were big in 2011, but the majority of the tunes i have not heard before, but in a "best of" mix, it may set the expectation to somebody not familiar with Saiz's sound/mixing.

I liked this mix overall, and gave it 9 stars. Take another listen after reading:

and see if that changes your opinion!

disappointed

a bit too experimental for me. why so few big dancefloor tunes from 2011? this could have been epic
